Garden Tips for Summer
Seasons change
As we transition into the Summer months, here are a few tips to keep in mind as temperatures rise:
1. Hold off on planting. Planting in the height of summer is very hard on new plants and requires a lot more water to establish the young plant’s roots.
2. Speaking of water, if you have irrigation make sure it is functioning and covering all spaces needed. Does the irrigation system frequency need to be adjusted?
3. Plan for the future! Are there garden updates or goals you can plan for now to acheive in the Winter when it is ideal for installs? Plan now, plant later!
